Our company launches Philippines electric taxi project, collaborates with partners to explore new green travel tracks

Release date:2025-02-24

Recently, our company officially announced the launch of the Philippine electric taxi project and held a special seminar with local government representatives, industry partners, and well-known enterprises in Biyao to jointly discuss the implementation action plan of the project and promote the construction of green and intelligent transportation ecology.

At the meeting, our general manager Zhang Mao gave a detailed introduction to the operation plan of electric taxis, proposing an integrated solution with "zero emission travel+intelligent services" as the core, integrating new energy vehicles, charging and swapping networks, and digital management platforms. The representative of the Philippine Department of Transportation highly recognizes the strategic value of this project in response to national carbon reduction goals and optimizing urban transportation structure. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as vehicle localization adaptation, charging and swapping infrastructure layout, and user subsidy policies, and initially reached a cooperation consensus of "phased pilot and government enterprise collaborative promotion".

As the first stop in the Southeast Asian market, our company plans to collaborate with local strategic partners within the year to launch 200 customized electric taxis in the core area of Biyao, simultaneously building an AI scheduling system and fast charging stations, and exploring the "vehicle station electricity" full chain commercial model. The representatives of the attending companies stated that they will leverage our company's resource accumulation in the field of new energy vehicles to jointly create a benchmark project for green travel in the Philippines.

This meeting marks the substantial progress stage of the project. In the future, our company will continue to deepen cross-border cooperation, drive innovation and integrate resources to assist in the low-carbon transformation of global transportation, and explore new blue oceans for sustainable development.
